We should see more of that money invested back into our community.</p><p>We live in one of the best communities in Ottawa. As our neighbourhoods grow and costs continue to rise, it’s time Kitchissippi gets its fair share.</p>

I’ll push to repair potholes and sidewalks, improve road safety and address problem areas. I’ll also work to make paid parking fairer for residents and local businesses, with practical solutions that reduce pressure on neighbourhood streets.</p>

<p><strong>As Kitchissippi grows, our recreation space needs to grow with it. </strong>I’ll push for a modern recreation and wellness centre in the Tunney’s Pasture/Bayview area, giving children, families and seniors more opportunities to stay active and connected. I’ll also advocate for community and recreation space in new developments. As we add more neighbours, we need to add the services and spaces that make our community a great place to live.</p>

I’ll push to bring independent transit experts to the table to improve routes and reliability, and improve real-time tracking so riders know when their bus is actually coming.
